| Admissions RN |
Coordinates the initial visit and admission
process. Provides outreach to area hospitals, MD's, and
clinics to maintain relationships, provide education, and assure
compliance with regulations. Full time, benefits eligible. |
RN licensed in NH, BSN preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of Hospice experience preferred. |
| RN's for Home Team |
Full-time RN's to work on our home team.
Outgoing, independent RN's who enjoy the challenges of hospice
case management. |
RN licensed in NH. Three years
clinical experience or 1 year Hospice experience preferred. |
| RN Liaison/Marketing Rep |
Represents Seacoast Hospice to referral sources.
This position has a goal of maximizing referrals and capitalizing
Seacoast Hospice's experience as a leader in end of life
care within the community.
Full time, benefits eligible position.
