Seacoast Hospice Offers CarePages services!

Seacoast Hospice desires to provide services that help lift the burdens of our patients and all of our clients experiencing difficult times. Therefore, we are proud to offer the CarePages service to our communities.

One of the hardest things we find patients and families go through during difficult times is communicating with all their family and friends on updates, as well as receiving all kinds of email and phone calls to which to respond. Seacoast Hospice offers a FREE service called CarePages which has been a tremendous help to others. CarePages allows you to set up a very simple place on the web to communicate quickly to family and friends and receive encouragement from them.

It takes about 10 minutes to get your own CarePage set up. Many times the individual receiving care may not be able to set up his or her CarePage, but there may be a family member who might like to help out.

Why Use CarePages?

• CarePages is a completely free service offered by Seacoast Hospice to our community
• CarePages are personal, secure Web pages which may be accessed by invitation only – they are not searchable by Google or other search engines and are virus free.
• Easily created and managed by the patient, a family member or a friend.
• Provide a simple way to communicate with all family and friends. One update on your page sends notes to all the contacts you have designated to receive updates. Provides a virtual “gathering place” that provides emotional support, patient updates, pictures and messages
• Eases communication to you or your loved one – share messages of encouragement sent from family and friends to those in need– all from one location.
• Preserves your journey or that of your loved one.
• Connects families over distance and time
• Available and operational for as long as you like – your CarePage will last as long as you need for updates and communications.
• Opportunity for family and friends to send Care Compliments directly to Seacoast Hospice caregivers.
