located in Dover, NH. Responsible for management and coordination
of the hospice house. Full time, benefits eligible position. |
RN licensed in NH, BSN preferred. Min. of 3-4
years of progressively responsible experience with progressive
management experience in hospice. Recent experience in a skilled
facility or as a case manager for hospice patients desired. |

| Admissions RN |
Coordinates the initial visit and admission
process. Provides outreach to area hospitals, MD's, and
clinics to maintain relationships, provide education, and assure
compliance with regulations. Full time, benefits eligible. |
RN licensed in NH, BSN preferred. A minimum
of 5 years of Hospice experience preferred. |
| RN for Home Team |
Full-time RN to work on home team. An outgoing,
independent RN who enjoys the challenges of hospice case management. |
RN licensed in NH. Three years clinical experience
or 1 year Hospice experience preferred. |
