2008 Seacoast Hospice End-of-Life Care Symposium with presentation of the
6th Annual Trucia Goodwillie Excellence in End-of-Life Care Award

Thursday, 17 April 2008; 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
University of New Hampshire, Memorial Union Building, Durham, NH

This event features a plenary speaker and choice of more than a dozen concurrent sessions, in addition to the presentation of the Trucia Goodwillie Award for Excellence in End of Life Care to a deserving LNA or LPN in the Seacoast NH region. CEUs are applied for these disciplines: Social Workers, Nurses, Chaplains and New Hampshire Nursing Home Administrators.

The registration fee for this event is $65.00 for LNAs, Home Health Aides and Seacoast Hospice Volunteers and $95.00 for all other disciplines. There is no additional cost for CEUs. Early registration and block discounts are available. Lunch is included.

The Trucia Goodwillie Award for Excellence in End-of-Life Care recognizes the work of an LNA or LPN who has demonstrated exemplary end-of-life care in your facility. Any LNA or LPN who has had a positive effect on the life of a dying patient and/or the patient's family is eligible.
